Prove the saving
before you scale.

Start with one verification process. We measure what checking costs you today, run every submission through Steve, and show the difference in reviewer hours, money paid out by mistake and time to reward. Each step ends on that number, and you decide whether to go on.

What changes when every submission is checked.

Sampling leaves most submissions unchecked and keeps reviewers busy on the easy ones. Steve checks all of them and sends people only what needs a person.

Less time checking

Reviewers see exceptions, not everything.

  • Clear approvals and rejections are decided without a person
  • Every flagged case arrives with the evidence and the reason
  • Volume grows without growing the review team

Measured as: Reviewer minutes per submission, before and after

Less paid out by mistake

Every submission checked, not a sample.

  • Reused receipts and repeat claims caught before payout
  • Edited and generated images flagged with the reason
  • Your rules applied the same way on every submission

Measured as: Fraud and errors caught that the current process let through

Faster rewards

Decisions in seconds, not days.

  • Participants get points or cashback while they still care
  • Clear rejections tell people what to fix
  • Campaign results land in reporting the same day

Measured as: Time from submission to decision

Four steps. A decision after each one.

The diagnostic and the pilot each have a fixed scope and a fixed fee, agreed before they start. Every step ends on a measured result, and you choose whether to go on.

  1. Briefing call

    30 minutesNo charge

    You bring
    • One process and how you check it today
    You get
    • A straight answer on fit
    • Where the cost and the leakage sit
    • An indicative rate per verdict

    Run a diagnostic, or not.

  2. Diagnostic

    1 weekFixed fee

    You bring
    • 200–500 real submissions, with the decisions your reviewers made
    • One person who knows the rules
    You get
    • Today’s cost of checking, measured
    • Steve’s result on the same submissions
    • The saving, as a business case

Start the pilot, or stop and keep the report.

  3. Pilot

    2–4 weeksFixed fee

    You bring
    • Access to the systems involved
    • One programme, region or campaign to start with
    You get
    • Live on real traffic in the first week, every submission checked
    • Results delivered to Open Loyalty or your own systems
    • The saving, reported weekly against the baseline

    Scale, adjust, or stop.

  4. Run

    OngoingPer verdict

    You bring
    • Your volume
    You get
    • Billing per verdict, as on the pricing page
    • Accuracy that improves with your reviewers’ corrections
    • The next process, on the same capture and review

Your team runs it at its own pace.

The diagnostic runs on your evidence, not on slides.

We run a sample of your real submissions through Steve and score every verdict against the decision your reviewers already made. The report states six numbers, each with its method.

Agreement with your reviewers

How often Steve reaches the decision your team already made on the same submission, and where it does not.

Decided without a person

The share Steve can approve or reject on its own at the confidence threshold you choose.

Fraud and duplicates

What the current process let through: reused receipts, edited images, repeat claims, with the evidence attached.

Reviewer time

Minutes per submission today, measured with your team, and the minutes left once Steve has run.

Your rate per verdict

Priced on the evidence classes and the volume in the sample, so the business case uses a real rate.

The business case

Cost of checking today against cost on Steve, with every assumption written down for your finance team.

What you can count on.

Each phase is priced and scoped before it starts, and judged on a number you can check.

  • No number, no next phase. Every phase ends on a measured result. If the result is not there, we say so, stop, and you keep the report.
  • Your numbers, not benchmarks. The business case is built from your submissions, your reviewers’ decisions and your cost of checking.
  • Fixed fees, then pay per verdict. You know what each phase costs before it starts. Once running, cost follows the work Steve does.
  • Nothing custom to maintain. Your process becomes workflows, fields and rules in Steve that your team can open in the admin and change.
  • Yours to keep. Evidence, extracted data, verdicts and workflow definitions export through the API at any time.

Questions before the first call.

Prefer to run Steve on your own? Per-verdict pricing includes standard setup.

Is setup not already included in the price?

It is. If you know the workflow you want, we configure it from your spec and you pay per verdict. Start with a diagnostic when you first need a baseline and a business case, or when the workflow spans several systems.

Why start with one process?

A measured result on one process is the business case for the next. Once the first workflow runs, the next one reuses the capture, review and delivery already in place.

What if the diagnostic shows Steve is not a fit?

You get the report with the measurements and we stop there. You can use the baseline and the business case with any vendor, or none.

Do we need our IT team?

For the diagnostic, no: a sample export is enough. For the pilot, someone who can grant access to the systems Steve sends results to. Steve runs as a hosted service, so there is nothing to install.

Does it work with Open Loyalty?

Yes. Verified submissions become transactions or custom events in Open Loyalty through the native integration, so campaigns, points and tiers react to them without extra code.
